At FOTRIC, we strive to provide a seamless and professional warranty experience. Warranty periods may vary by product model and region.

  • Offline Purchases: If you purchased your product through an authorized offline dealer, please refer to their specific after-sales policy.

  • Refurbished Products: Items sold as "Refurbished" or "Pre-owned" carry their own unique warranty terms. 

  • Statutory Rights: This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable local laws.



1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee


We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products.

  • Quality-related issues: Undamaged products with confirmed manufacturing defects may be returned for a 100% full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Non-quality-related returns: Products returned for any other reason (change of mind, wrong model purchased, etc.) in original condition may be returned for an 80% refund of the product purchase price within 30 days of purchase.

Bulk Orders: This policy does not apply to corporate or bulk orders (defined as 10 or more units of the same item).

Return Conditions


To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: Items must be free of obvious wear, damage, or signs of use.
  • Complete Set: Returns must include all original accessories and manuals.
  • Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original factory packaging.

Promotional Bundles


  • Buy One, Get One (BOGO): Both items must be returned. If only one is returned, the refund will be the amount paid minus the MSRP of the item kept.
  • Gifts & Discounts: Both the main product and the gift/discounted item must be returned together. If only the main product is returned, the MSRP of the gift/discounted item will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping & Refunds


  • Non-Quality Returns: For returns not related to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A valid return receipt must be provided. FOTRIC will refund 80% of the product's original purchase price (excluding original shipping fees, handling fees and any additional charges).
  • Refund Amount: For quality-related returns, FOTRIC will refund 100% of the product purchase price and cover standard return shipping costs (pre-paid shipping label will be provided upon approval).
  • Pre-orders: For pre-ordered items, the 30-day window begins from the date of shipment, not the date of order.



2. How to Initiate a Return

Processing Time: Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.



3. Quality-Related Warranty Claims


FOTRIC offers a 2-year warranty on all products sold directly by us, effective from the date of purchase.

Regional Limitation: This warranty is only valid in the country of original purchase. Moving the product outside the country of purchase or international shipping via unauthorized channels voids the warranty.

Replacement Policy


For valid quality-related claims, FOTRIC will:

  • Provide a factory-refurbished product of equivalent value.
  • If a refurbished model is unavailable, a brand-new product will be sent.
  • If a replacement is not possible or preferred, we offer a partial refund based on the device's usage time.

Note: Replacement products may differ slightly in appearance or value due to technical updates.

Replacement Warranty Period


The warranty for the replacement unit is either:

  • The remaining original warranty of the defective product, OR
  • Three (3) months from the date of replacement (whichever is longer).


4. Warranty Claim Process

Requirements for a valid claim


  • Proof of Purchase: Order number, sales invoice, or dated receipt from an authorized dealer.
  • Evidence: The serial number of the defective product and clear photos/videos showing the defect.
  • Troubleshooting: Results of any troubleshooting steps requested by FOTRIC.
  • Return for Inspection: In some cases, the item may need to be returned for quality testing to our 21–23 Rue du Général de Gaulle,27340 Pont-de-l’Arche,Normandie,France.

Note: Claims for defects must be submitted within 90 days of the issue arising or before the warranty expires.


5. What is NOT Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (including battery capacity degradation and color changes).
  • Products without valid proof of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen items.
  • Products outside their warranty period.
  • Non-quality issues reported after the 30-day window.
  • Free products or promotional gifts.
  • Repairs or modifications performed by third parties.
  • Damage caused by misuse (drops, extreme temperatures, liquid damage, improper operation).
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers.



6. Specialized Services


Extended Warranty


Select FOTRIC products are eligible for a paid Extended Warranty (up to 3 years). This covers:

  • Mechanical and internal component issues.
  • Electrical failures.
  • Accidental damage (e.g., drops and spills).

Worry-Free Purchase (Shipping Insurance)


You may opt for "Worry-Free Purchase" insurance at checkout. This covers:

  • Packages lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during transit.

Note: Shipping insurance is non-refundable once the item has shipped.



Important Disclaimers

  • Data Loss: FOTRIC is not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use of our products.
  • Personal Items: Please ensure no personal items are left in the package when returning a product.
  • Unauthorized Returns: FOTRIC is not responsible for costs incurred by unauthorized returns (returns made outside the approved warranty process).
  • Liability Limit: Any compensation provided will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
  • Policy Updates: FOTRIC reserves the right to update this policy based on legal requirements or company revisions.
